At Balance Fit Oradea, BodyArt Medical & Recovery classes and Yumeiho therapy support women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, perimenopause, menopause and recovery after breast cancer.
Pregnancy, the months after birth, perimenopause, menopause or recovery after breast cancer change how the body feels and moves — back pain, a weakened pelvic floor, hot flashes, disturbed sleep or fatigue. At Balance Fit in Oradea we work with care and at your pace: the BodyArt Medical & Recovery class includes safe pregnancy exercise, postnatal recovery for the deep muscles and adapted movement after treatment, Yumeiho manual therapy helps with back and pelvic tension, and the Balance class brings mobility and calm. Our menopause, perimenopause and pregnancy workshops are on the Women's health page.
Balance Fit does not diagnose and does not replace medical treatment. For acute pain, new or unusual symptoms, or during treatment, talk to your doctor first — then we adapt movement and therapy to their advice.
